Returns
You can return any Litterhouse.com Inc product for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase if you are not completely satisfied.  All items must be returned in their original condition. Please contact our Consumer Assistance prior to returning a product either by E-mail- mail@litterhouse.com. Cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged in delivery or shipped in error.

Warranties
Litterhouse.com Inc. warrants our products against defects that are due to faulty material or workmanship for a one year period after the original date of purchase or receipt as a gift.  This warranty does not include damage to the product resulting from accident or misuse.  If the product should become defective within the warranty period, we will replace it free of charge. This warranty gives you specific legal rights which vary from state to state or province to province.
